It's a little bit late (well.. like two months late) but I finally got around to finishing this guy!

He's my favorite character from Animal Crossing: City Folk and

I haven't played animal crossing, but I already love the design!

Just out of curiousity, is papercraft only possible/easier with lower poly models? I make models myself, but I have a feeling they'd be way too high of poly to do them.

It depends on how it's unfolded. If done right, you can have papercrafts that are buildable and still be high-poly. Most designers rip the models from games and then simplify them, though, to make them easier to build. But I'm not really the person to go to for help, I'm not a designer xP
